  "message": "Simplify is_kept_pack()\n\nThis removes --unpacked\u003d\u003cpackfile\u003e parameter from the revision parser, and\nrewrites its use in git-repack to pass a single --kept-pack-only option\ninstead.\n\nThe new --kept-pack-only option means just that.
