  "message": "upload-pack: add deepen-since to cut shallow repos based on time\n\nThis should allow the user to say \"create a shallow clone containing the\nwork from last year\" (once the client side is fixed up, of course).\n\nIn theory deepen-since and deepen (aka --depth) can be used together to\ndraw the shallow boundary (whether it\u0027s intersection or union is up to\ndiscussion, but if rev-list is used, it\u0027s likely intersection).
