  "message": "ci: use python3 in linux-gcc and osx-gcc and python2 elsewhere\n\nPython2 reached end of life, and we have been preparing our Python\nscripts to work with Python3.  \u0027git p4\u0027, the main in-tree user of\nPython, has just received a number of compatibility updates.  Our\nother notable Python script \u0027contrib/svn-fe/svnrdump_sim.py\u0027 is only\nused in \u0027t9020-remote-svn.sh\u0027, and is apparently already compatible\nwith both Python2 and 3.\n\nOur CI jobs currently only use Python2.
