Switch to GCC 4.9 from GCC 4.6 for Android build GCC 4.6 is deprecated in Android NDK r10d. With this CL, GCC 4.9 is used as the target compiler for Android. BUG=none TEST=compile git-svn-id: https://mozc.googlecode.com/svn/trunk@396 a6090854-d499-a067-5803-1114d4e51264
