Update to newer plexi Updates the build file to specify the adaptor.jar suffix to allow working with newer plexi source builds. I purposefully have not updated to the latest plexi since multiple changes were made to the AdaptorContext interface that will cause us to only support newer or older versions of plexi. Instead, I have updated to the last commit that the current code can work with.
