Added override to disable JDT-enhanced SharedModule. Protobuf doesn't use Java bindings and it is much, much slower at startup. This commit should be rolled back after Xtext bug 415393 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=415393) is addressed
