Include jrnieder and emilyshaffer in team

List Emily and me as members of the organizing team.

Although we are not as involved in day-of logistics, we were involved
behind the scenes in preparing the event.  Additionally, we are
members of the git-inclusion@googlegroups.com list so this can help
people reporting e.g. CoC issues to know who is going to receive their
mail.
